Sold Feeler: ed sub, hifonics amp, audiobahn eq

I am thinking about selling these pieces to my system to upgrade to something a little bigger. items:

-ed12k.14 subwoofer that is excellent condition and has be played in a ported box with about 300 watts rms. My car that the sub is in is only driven in the summer time; so the sub has not been abused or have much playing time.

-hifonics zx6400 this is the amp that i running my system, which consist of cdt 61-a comps and the sub above. This amp pushes this setup with no problems what so ever and doesn't even get hot doing so. I don't feel I have to explain this amp because it has been proven to be a good amp for other members.

-Audiobahn AEQ6Q Equalizer this was bought to help manage my setup with a TV screen and dvd player but I have decided not to tamper around with other electronics in my car.
