Thats crazy, hats off to you MoT. I had the opposite problem, had to GAIN weight, it sucked, but I can't imagine how much harder it is for you guys trying to drop pounds and keep it off.
havent worked out once. lost my weight by simply eating better and boosting my metabolism by actually eating 3 full meals a day and a snack in between. basicly im eating something every few hours. lost about 10" on my waist. had to make a new hole on my belt. about to have to do it again.

Close to the best feeling in the world. I eventually gave up and just bought a new belt.

A lot of small dudes say they eat a ton and they can't gain. Eat a ton, then when you're full or you've had enough, eat more. Many MANY meals throughout the day. And work out a shitton. As I said earlier, 115 to 176, then to 160 within 1 1/2 years :p anyone can do it. Went from benching 25 pound dumbbells to today puttin up the 100 pound dumbbells 5 times. All natural. All about the diet....
