The one and Only!
havent worked out once. lost my weight by simply eating better and boosting my metabolism by actually eating 3 full meals a day and a snack in between. basicly im eating something every few hours. lost about 10" on my waist. had to make a new hole on my belt. about to have to do it again.Thats crazy, hats off to you MoT. I had the opposite problem, had to GAIN weight, it sucked, but I can't imagine how much harder it is for you guys trying to drop pounds and keep it off.
