I have the hardest time falling asleep it bugs the f*ck out of me. Tylenol Pm's dont cut it I can pop 7 of those things and nada. Basically all those cheap "P.M" pills dont work. Meletonin worked for a lil while but stopped. Salmonex worked for a lil while then stopped. I bought these Rapid sleep P.M pills and they also did nada. The pills my doctor gave me didn't even work and he wont prescribe me anything stronger since I'm so young.

So anyone who has trouble falling asleep find a successful sleep aid?

And MaryJane cant tuck me in for awhile //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Melatonin.

Works like a charm, non-habit forming and gives you some crazy CRAZY dreams.

Oh P.S. just had a discussion with my good friend who is a pharmacist and don't keep taking tylenol in those dosages. She said 8 tynlenol of 500mg and your at your max. Anymore and you could die and there is not much a hospital can do but keep you comfortable.

I already mentioned that doesn't work for me anymore. However, I haven't tried it in a while and since it used to work I may try it again.

Sounds like you can't sleep because you are missing the weed //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif

Let your body just get used to it and sleep naturally. Whenever I have a problem sleeping I can take 1 benadryl and be set. It doesn't force me to bed but if I lay down I'll be out after a short bit.
