My dad is a operations manager with McDonalds and theyre holding a charity event where theyre making a small putt-putt hole to donate, so I volunteered my time tomorrow and the shop space to make it in...so that will be pretty much the whole day...

I'll have pics up of it tomorrow night maybe..should be pretty cool, but I dont know how much crazy-ish he'll let me put into the layout, haha.

The KERF is SOOOO gorgeous!

How do you do it!?

Is there a special adhesive you apply to it so that the uncut surface of the MDF doesn't crack? How far apart are your cuts?

And how many cuts etc is based on how big of a curve you want...And the number of cuts all depends on how much less the circumference of the inside of the radius is (on the 3/4" mdf) compared to the outside...this is how much material you need to take away, devide that by the thickness of your blade and wham...you have the number of cuts you need to make...then do some math to space them evenly accrossed the area you plan to kerf //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
