Got the first baffle on..

Alright, FINALLY got the top baffle holes cut and it mounted to the enclosure //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

Circle-time (Went a 16th over to be safe and for carpet...so 17.565" countersink diameter)

Got it glued and screwed down
