what the hell do you use to cut them curves???

Table saw, just drop the blade until it'll leave a 'smidge' of material left and then keep moving the fence and making cuts

Mmkay just checking lol. Should look really nice when it comes out. What do you use for a rule of thumb in cutting the kerfs?

Thanks and I do the math using sketch-up...just take away the inner circumference and outer circumference of the kerf and see how many 1/8" wide cuts it'd take to get that much material.

@kang- clearly you're retarded since you can't tell by the first picture of the design.

I missed the sketchup pic, apparently you missed that. Anyways, you can't really tell if the bottom is routed out there or if that's because the kerf covers it up.

question...on the outer kerf, i noticed that the outer edge isn't flushed with the with the side of the box (in the last pic). are you going to sand that area down or make that entire side flushed before putting in the side panel?

im qutious about this as well. i have always brought the kerf right into another side piece
