DD 1200wrms sub 399. good or bad

I need 2 12" subs rated at least 1200 to 1500wrms. This shop in L.A. is selling me this sub for 399 I think its the 8500 or 9500. I need some major help on links to sites were I can buy these. Or a pair of RE SX 1500wrms sub

for $400 its probably the 3500 series, and the only place you can get DD from is from their dealers, or used in the classifieds.

RE SX are good, but i think they are 1000wrms. quick google search for those. iirc they are like $300ish online

this shop told me it was the 1200wrms dd sub that ran for 399 but I cant find any specs anywere

there is a guy selling a new reconed DD 3512 D4 for like 150 plus shipping, i know cause i bought one from him and im going to pick mine up tomorrow.
