I believe he is the World record holder. Astro Van. I think it's sound deadened with cement or something. He ripped the World Record build out after he set the record this year. The guy is a mad genius. He reconed one sub in the parking lot at the World Finals and then went in and set the record. He's on a different level then 99.99% of bassheads. He's pretty young.

185db has been achieved for the first time. It wasn't one of the guys from Vegas who did it. I'm predicting the guy from Vegas who wasn't competing will soon get the record back. Can Carlos get a 186? We will see.

I don't think people can sit in Carlos build due to health concerns. I'm pretty sure he doesn't even have mids/highs. Corbin actually plays music on his 180 daily. He did a 30 second music run and scored this. Multiply the watts x 8. He clamps two of his sixteen amps together during competitions. 165.5 @ 20 hz. for a thirty second music run. No subs or amps were hurt during that run.

I've sat in a 163 build but it was in the 60 hz. range. I can't imagine what 165 @ 20 hz. is like.

Not too sure what 165 @ 20hz feels like, but I know 1st hand what 165 @ 35hz on music feels like, and it's brutal .... The Pride Audio Suburban would do 165 plus on 30 sec music average runs ...

I know what Carlos does….what I’m saying is it’s different orgs….the guy who did the 185.4 is Rp patel…db drag sealed on the glass ….Carlos does like high 170s sealed on the glass
