Crossover Issues, help

I recently installed a DD Audio BSI and it's key features are bass restoration and line driver. It's equipped with LP/HP also.
I have a factory HU and am connected to HI Input (Speaker Wire) I tried to bypass the BSI Xovers and just utilize the CT Sounds ATV 2300 amp. Worked okay but then I contacted DD Audio and they told me to use the BSI Xovers because it has 4th Order Xovers, I said ok. Well turned the amp Xovers HP all the way left and LP all the way to the right, I set the BSI Xovers as close to 80 Hz LP as I could but it seems because my LP on the amp is maxed out I clip too early now.

What amp I doing wrong

Well I never adjusted the the gains, just reversed the Xovers master source. My amp LP is 50 to 250. The BSI LP is 50 to 500.

I'm thinking there's a bandwidth issue, like the LP is still bleeding through, it rolls off but then I get a hum after the roll off.

So by maxing out the LP on the amp in an effort to defeat the Xover it essentially still sends a noise but no signal for lack of a better wording
