Computer building, I am

This is why I raised the radiator slightly:

I am referring to the length of the screws more than anything. I poked through a Corair 115i AIO because I forgot a rubber washer.

Talk about a DOH! Moment,lol

But it is easy to do on those, thankfully I have never done that in any build I have done. Last 30-40 builds have all been liquid cooling either from a enclosed system from Corsair or doing a complete custom build for a friend with pipe routing and all that garbage. I personally prefer the enclosed systems they do just fine and last a very long time. I have one set on my dads that has been in 3 towers so far one with a Intel CPU and the last 2 an AMD CPU. It runs probably 16-18 hours a day 365. Can't ask for much more then that from a Corsair H55 Enclosed system!

Also if you want replacement screws or anything I took the ones I had to Fastenal and matched them right up for next to nothing. Bought new washers, screws and a couple other things for a total of 5 bucks & I had around 20 of them leftover as I needed longer ones then the ones that it came with on my last install.

For your filter question, I'd run something like this

That will help keep the majority of the dust off of it, and if you want to go even further also *** these outside of the screens

You have the correct setup as far as intake out take to insure positive displacement inside the case right?

Thanks. I have a bunch of screws from an older computer I stole the CD/DVD drive out of

Yes. I have 4 140's in and 4 140's out, and the 140's in have about 40% or some more cubic feet of air movement than the 140's out.
