Some of them look off bc the radiator isn't quite perfectly aligned yet. But I basically nailed the location of all the holes I needed. Black washers will be going over the front and they'll probably cover any metal shine from the drilling.

Since you are customizing that case I can't stress this enough. BE CAREFUL screwing into the radiators. Too far and you can puncture the radiator. I mention this because by modifying things, distances can change... be careful mounting the radiators.

Everything is flat. I sanded/ground any metal that was poking out from drilling on the backside.

My radiator isn't right up on the mounting surface. It's about a 1/4" behind the mounting surface. But too long of screws would hit the fins, for sure.

I am referring to the length of the screws more than anything. I poked through a Corair 115i AIO because I forgot a rubber washer.

I'm looking at it, even if I did use too long of screw/bolt, it wouldn't hit the water carrying metal, just the fins in between. That's a good design right there.

I gotta see if 2 of these screws will be long enough. Just shaved the metal. Errr I think I gotta use longer ones, I'll cut them down with the dremel if I have to.

It's the 2 holes I drilled in that raised section, that little raise up right there is just like too high up, plus I gotta use a washer too.
