Coil Config on a 10 Type R

problem is one of my leads the negative is a clamp its self...not a stait piece of metall...il ltry it again

One thing I want you to try:

Touch your DMM leads together to see what your DMM resistance is. It SHOULD be in the .00-.10 range, otherwise you have some crappy leads.

x2. My DMM can be pretty far off sometimes, I must find the resistance of the DMM itself, then subtract that difference from what my coils are showing.

Sounds to me like either your leads and/or DMM is messed up.

Go to sears or another place that sells electronic equipment and pick up some new leads.

they dont have a 6 ohm do thy?

Not many companies have 6-ohm. But for SURE the type ARRRGHHH only has 2 and 4 ohm coils.

Just go out and buy some new leads first and see if that helps.
