Can sub magnet be bad for amp?

Because of lack of space, i was thinking of putting my amp directly in the back of my sub box. Thing is with the amp being so close to the sub magnet, should i worry about interference and such?

Dont put it inside your subwoofer box... seriously. That's the most ghetto idea i've ever heard. Im sure you can find some space to place the amp.

a lot of people mount the amp to the box. just make sure you aren't jamming it into foam (like the back of the seats) or something. the amp likes a little air to cool.

Noah hardcore ****ed his TV at his dorm with a sub... it was quite funny. Some guy came up and tried to degauss it real quick.... didn't work...
