and yes 14.0^3 would be great for 2 15" ported.

but those 2 12" 06 L7s is a great deal mang. you'd be hardpressed to find a 15L7 for that.

More generally speaking, ohms is a measure of electrical resistance within the circuit. Higher the ohms rating, the more resistance, the less power the amp will supply, and vice versa.

The 'best' ohms configuration you can get is the one that matches your amp's abilities the best. For example, if your amp is stable down to 2ohms, you dont want a sub (or subs) that will show the amp a 4ohm load as this would mean you wont be getting the maximum output your amp can provide.

nor do you wanna wire 2 dvc 4 subs to a 1 ohm load and fry it. (cuz it's not stable at 1 ohm)
