nor do you wanna wire 2 dvc 4 subs to a 1 ohm load and fry it. (cuz it's not stable at 1 ohm)The 'best' ohms configuration you can get is the one that matches your amp's abilities the best. For example, if your amp is stable down to 2ohms, you dont want a sub (or subs) that will show the amp a 4ohm load as this would mean you wont be getting the maximum output your amp can provide.
