It's going into an extended cab 2000 Mazda B3000.

Daily it will be 5cuft @ 30Hz.

Bass Race and SPL will be determined by what the Term Lab says.

I'm on the recovery from a 24hr type stomach virus, otherwise I would have pics of the started ports. Here is something to nibble on though.

Ummm, no.

Thoes are Mach5's 6.5's. Good little drivers for the price. I put them next to it for a size comparison incase you cant read 8".

The 8" Cement tube is going to go on two 8" port ends with an 11" total outer flare radius. Almost an exact scale from a 6" aeroport.

My little stinging worm Friend that died a tragic death today via resin

I cut all my holes with a jig saw. No fancy router & Jig.

And they fit just fine.

Be sure to wear dust protection when messing with MDF so you arent caughing up phermaldahyde (sp) wood.

If you lit a match anywhere near this thing it would go off like the fourth or july. My eyes where stinging from the resin fumes 2 feet from the opening.

Just a tip when resining a box. Dont paint it. Mix it in a 20oz soda bottle reletively cold. Pour some out, use a pice of angle iron or 2x4 as a squeegee (sp) and putsh a semi even coat around on each wall then just let it set. Gravity will do the rest.

Hopefully this afternoon I will get to the good stuff, the port.

if you painted it you wouldnt have those huge runs in it and it would be much more even and smooth
