Oh and front maffle is 5/8 and not 3/4 inch.

yeah, boston recommends 2.1 @ 33 w/ 17.5" sq in of port

mine just has 23" sq in of port.

But should be very similair

last time I did a log, I had a lot of questions about how I carpet the enclosure, so I took a few extra photos of the procedure, hopefully it helps some of you guys out

Okay so when you wrap the carpet all the way around, get a piece of wood longer then the width of the box and something with a fairly good edge.

Wrap the ends together like so=

Press the piece down so you get an straight line, and press the edge in on both sides all the way

The line should be very flat=
