Blade dsp servo/digital acoustic controller question????

i have this old school blade dsp servo /digital acoustic controller bass processor, and i dont have a manual to tell me what exactly it does...

it has a cd that you put in your computer , then you hook the brain up to the computer....you tell the program how many subs you have , and the size of your box etc... well i get all that ,,,what i dont understand is the remote control that has all these different buttons ,

i know what the phase button does, and the boost freq /boost level, but the lower q .up/down . upper q .up/down .and the upper cutoff slope , the threshold, and the upper cutoff

can someone tell me what these buttons do on the remote???? what does lower and upper q do to the sub? ...

if i cant figure out what this thing does exactly i may just sell it, ...

The buttons imply its basically a parametric EQ and crossover.

lower q .up/down - Sets the damping or quality factor of the lower cutoff filter

upper q .up/down - Sets the damping or quality factor of the upper cutoff filter

upper cutoff slope - Sets the steepness of the upper cutoff filter, the computer can set this value to 30 dB/Octave, the remote keypad can set the value to only 24 dB/Octave

upper cutoff - Sets the upper limit of frequencies that will be passed to the subwoofer
