Zomg, figure you would come in here to talk some shit. Go figure! Been doing that for years with no problems whatsoever. I go through more installs in a year than most people do, so I don't run wires through the sleeve, just use the factory ones, so the crossover goes there. Do some work on a Focus door and let me know where you could put it without much modifying. Not going to do something uber custom that will come out in a few months anyway. For someone that goes through plenty of installs, that install looks shitty. That's my honest opinion. I'm not gonna be fake and tell you that's a nice install when it's not. Quality>Quantity.

Maybe you just install shit just to install shit. That might be the reason you have a 3way crossover, and passive crossovers at the same time.

The basis for my first post in the thread:

Passive xover location: horrible and can easily get wet, if not by direct water, then by moisture.

Tweeter location: how close do you want a tweet to be by your ears? The balance between your left and right must be jacked. your stage must be deep, too, but I doubt you're worrying about that with your rearfill.

Jesus James, not everyone is you and has the endless love of perfect audio that you do. I have done and helped out with plenty of nice installs.......well nice to me. I have like 4 other installs on here that I have posted and had nothing but positive feedback, but I don't have the time, nor the money I had as it goes to my family.

Not to mention, I said this was temporary.......reading must pwn you.

Also about the location of the passives, why is it bad? Never had a passive crossover take a shit on me. Never had one get wet..........never had a problem period and had 4 different comps installed in just this ride in the 3 years I have had it. Car before this I had same setup in my cavalier for over 3 years...no problems. Your arguing a moot point as it is something you would not do.....same with the type of deadener you would use. Based on nothing but your opinion and yours don't mean shit really, as you hate on a lot of stuff on this site. I used to think you were a decent dood on here, but then you turned to trolling and being an *******.....maybe your an honest ******* to your self, so be that it may.

Also about my tweets, the sound fantastic to me, but not everyone is a SQ expert like yourself, lol! I am always about learning and I still struggle with many things audio related and if it wasn't for my friends....in real life and the select few off here, I would be lost. I give credit for when credit is due. To me........IMO, you are doing nothing but hating.....or in your words, bashing (Like that is so different, lol) my install. If I felt like I needed to learn something, maybe I would.

So with that said, what is it you want me to learn James? Better tweeter placement? If, so tell me where you would like me to put them or wise one. Ever work on a Focus door panel? If so and found a better spot, let me know.
