best budget battery?

Why because it MAY burp a couple tenths of a db louder? Does a consumer with a daily driver care about that or that it will be working properly 6 months down the road? The battery that is still working the same is better than any trashed battery that "used to be a couple tenths of a db louder" 6-12 months ago, but now broken. To me the answer is obvious I would rather have something that works very well and performs the same longer.
I agree... but the charts dont show anything about cycle life... or mention anything about warranty. BTW... what's the warranty on a Kinetik? XS Power batts are warrantied for 3 years... how's that for confidence //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Mine is going on 3 years and i know others who have won with older kinetiks and have gotten many many seasons from them in competition. Warranty wise the defects are so low that they dont even have to worry about the ones that are 3 years or older. How long has PM been in the battery business? If the batts were ALL bad in three years, you would not even know it yet.

i just got an hc1400, i daily drive and drive in the cold, it willbe my only battery.. should i have gotten something else? I dont hav my system crazy or anything

i have had mine almost 3 years and it has never failed me yet and that includes 3 winters of negitive temps.

Okay, another question.. Not to thread jack lol. If i was to get a small second battery, like lets say a hc 600 or 800 (probobly 800) and sent that battery to the back, which battery should i use for the stereo? I have a brand new 150 amp 3g alternator im putting on as well

what do you mean which battery should you use for the stereo. Both batteries should be connected to your amps power wire.

Find an Interstate Battery store that sells refurbs. I buy Grp 31's for $25.00 each by my house //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
