Bandpass Box (DD9510g) ported through rear deck? should i do it?

the low end and high end roll off is higher than that of a ported box. true, but if you can have a 4th order playing from 30-70 then who cares......i mean really.....who plays their subs above 70 HZ and calls it sq?
Theres my .02
if i could have a 4th order box for my 9510g Playing 30-70hz that would be great //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif but i dont think the specs really allow for it. (atleast thats what some programs ive been playing with are telling me)

my max dimensions are 38"W x 14"H x 16"D (subtract from depth to decrease volume) you think i could get away with a 6th order? aeroports going up to where both rear speakers use to be, one passanger side and one driver side rear deck.

i doubt the specs that you are working with take cabin gain into effect....

So this is what im thinking as of right now......

a 6th order bandpass aeroports going through rear deck speaker holes (little 3in tube i cut for example on the right side) with the width and height of the current box in there. 38"W x 14"H x whatever depth needed for optimal volume. Still need someone to help me with a design asked PWK and 80inches but both seem very buisy at the moment.

where the porton the left will come out ( 4in aeroport most likely) and the right side is exactly the same. i would make baffle for the aeroports on the rear deck to fit perfectly.

this is a design i would like it to resemble ( just made in sketch up) with the ports going in as far as needed and with as much depth as needed for airspace.

the reason for the 2 1/4" extra on the front of the box is for a Sundown saz-3000d to sit flush mounted on the front of the box. 2.25"- .75" (to close box up) = 1.5" + .75( flush mount beauty pannel with amp cut out) = ***
