I dont even know?, the subs were brand new never opened out of the plastic. it must be a color defect in the nomex when the subs were made.

So long as it is purely cosmetic and doesn't affect the performace of it any then I reckon it's inconsequential.

Other than that single thing (and like I said - sorry to be the one to nitpick) it looks really good!

its an 06 but still a normal Golf mk4 chassis.

I hate to be the one to nitpick - but what's the deal with the sub on the driver's side...on the cone just next to where the cone attaches to the surround...the bit I have encircled in red? Is that water damage or something?

I was wondering at first was it just because of the angle the pic was taken from but after looking at the other pics taken from different angles and it can be seen in those as well.....I was just wondering...
