they won't take those specs almost garunteed. look at that and compare them to the 15" model of the audiobahn's see anything similar in the magnet structure and spyder size on those subs?? no way will it handle 5kwrms like it says they are mostly show woofers. a pair of 15"s would have less cone area but could rip a new one in that sub.

i just ordered 2 aw1508q's

other than "SIZE" they are the same subs

I just think it would look cool in my car, lol

first off, yes it is just for show......who honestly has the cash/space/desire to own something like that and drive around listening to it every day?

the only thing cool about super-large subs is that they are capable of hitting frequencies far lower than normal subs can. Even if it doesn't get super loud, think of what it's like to experience bass that you can't hear (because it's below the human audible range) but it will rattle your chest like a pair of decent 12's.....pretty **** neat if you ask me! Audiobahn claims it goes down to 10hz, but I've heard from a reliable source that it can be taked down to 7hz in the proper enclosure....Imagine if you can what 7hz feels like (not sounds, cause you can't hear it, mind you....the only thing audible is the air rushing by your head) at even 140db's!
