Audio upgrade opinions for my 2009 GT-R?

just messing with ya. i heard they void your warranty if you turn it off.
You may be confusing VDC with Launch Control. Of course to use Launch Control, you have to disable VDC..

They will void your warranty if you break while VDC is off or they feel you abused the car - such as 10 launches in a row dry hopping the rear on uneven pavement.

I can seconds on cleansweeps being a PITA, if your going to run some horns your going to need a processor like the 3sixty, and i doubt your going to find a shop with horns installed.

ive worked with several 360.2 on a few g35's and 350z's with flawless results. Ive used 2 cleansweeps but wasnt to pleased with it but it did give a decent sound though but , id go with a audiocontrol or 360.2 if i had a choice. i havent played with alpines device so i can speak on that
Thanks for that feedback //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsupwink.gif.129404938effda6ad9cca39e7f4b58a3.gif Nice to hear the 360.2 has a good track record with Nissan audio systems. I'll give it a look.

I was thinking more that they could give me a customer referral or maybe had a shop car with them.

ya that must be it. nice car man,

Maybe someone can help me understand - I was told that using something like the cleansweep - it is recommended to use the master volume control with the product. While you could still run the volume through the radio, it is best to use the master volume control that comes with the cleansweep only.
Is that true? I want to keep the volume control with the factory radio.
when using an oem integration signal processor you keep the hu volume constant because there may be volume dependent equalization added which will alter the signal. you can use the hu volume however it can effect the tuning curve.

do it once and do it right. dynaudio speakers and tru amps are always a nice combo.

Not crazy about that idea - I'd like to keep the volume control on the radio/steering wheel integration. I do understand it is a compromise. I suppose I could test it both ways and see if I feel the difference is worth the inconvenience.
