Audio upgrade opinions for my 2009 GT-R?

****** problems with those? im waiting for the Acura nsx...not that i could afford one lol
You are going to be waiting a long time - they cancelled it a week ago. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif Too bad too, it had a lot of potential.

that sucks. Im sure it will be amazing. love Acura

cleensweep?
Maybe someone can help me understand - I was told that using something like the cleansweep - it is recommended to use the master volume control with the product. While you could still run the volume through the radio, it is best to use the master volume control that comes with the cleansweep only.

Is that true? I want to keep the volume control with the factory radio.

Why do you want audio? The engine note would be that for me in that car.
For me, its always no audio in performance cars because im too busy having fun driving the car to be interested in a song.
When driving up to LA or Las Vegas, I need something to pass the time.

Image Dynamics XS65 midsImage dinamics cde1mh mini horns

IDQ10v3 (only needs .5 airspace)

Arc mini amps (those things are tiny)

If you didn't want to go the horn route, which is the best, then get the XS65 component set.

That is your best bet, that stuff is top of the line.

Go over to imagedynamicsusa.com and join the forum, see what Eric or Matt would suggest.
11 years ago when I was involved in IASCA, ID horns were very popular and won a lot of trophies, but I wasn't a fan for my personal vehicle. I'm sure they have improved in all those years, but I'd have to hear them before I'd jump at them. I always respected their midbass and subs though.

The horns sound awesome, i have some cd2 full bodies, however installation can be difficult on them. Def not for the novice enthusiast.
ID's website lists 1 San Diego dealer and I've never heard of them before. I'll have to find a good L.A. dealer to visit for a demo.

ive worked with several 360.2 on a few g35's and 350z's with flawless results. Ive used 2 cleansweeps but wasnt to pleased with it but it did give a decent sound though but , id go with a audiocontrol or 360.2 if i had a choice. i havent played with alpines device so i can speak on that
