i love it it is rated at 800 rms but i got 1100 rms on it daily taking it fine.

Yea, ive been going over the whole "SSD Vs. Q" crap in my mind the last few days. I'm going to be giving it 1000 watts rms (Memphis amp) and was worried about it holding up to the abuse. Good to hear yours is doing well.

yup even put a massive p1500 1500 rms and took it too never messed up just got a lil stinky ha.

voice coil smells awful too for some reason. it is not the same metal i think as normal VC'S i think it is aluminum or some shit.

but yea it will take a 1,100 easily. you get the bp power prolly handle a lot more.

mine is in a 3.5 cubed box tuned to 33 hz's

i pulled a 136.8 at headrest with the wrong test tone i think i can pull a 140 at headres with some adjustments

You realize that if your amp made just two single watts less power they would probably have to scrap it as a defective one.

That amp better be happy its not part of some Chinese building or something. Id abuse the sh#t out of it for being an underachiever.

I probably use about 400wrms from the amp daily

I'm probably going to end up with the Q due to the fact that i have a sealed box and i'm entirely too lazy to do just about anything... Let alone build another one..
