si does not do 0-60 in 5.xAny real car guy would know that today's "American muscle" cars are not American they are made in other countries and the parts are shipped here or build in other places. I will never go back to "American" cars we have had 2 of them both fords and were junk I mean junk. Also I was at the phili auto show yesterday and a guy ran into the dodge section and started yelling his story that his air bags did not deploy and that dodge even said the triggers were set off he had the fats the pics and the scars to prove it. I will always go with Honda from now on or another japan name brand out there. We had a 96 honda that died at 398k miles on it original clutch ***** and engine never had a big problem with it. And the only reason it died is because well i was drifting it in a parking lot and the oil wasn't getting to the engine. All in all Honda is the way to go we have 4 hondas in the drive right now.One more thing you want to talk about your muslce car is faster than an import? HA the Nissan skyline dose 0-60 in 3.3 seconds the audi r8 dose it in 4.8 seconds and the Mitsubishi evo dose it in 4.9 seconds. They are just as fast as your muscle cars so take notice and as for the civic si that dose it in 5.6 seconds.
watSooooooo flooring your "muscle car" at the light change and going 25 feet before you have to slam on your brakes isant, no i think it is that makes you a *** as well.It was fun but it lasted and that was impressive about it it never gave us trouble.
Did I say anything about "flooring your muscle car at the light"?Sooooooo flooring your "muscle car" at the light change and going 25 feet before you have to slam on your brakes isant, no i think it is that makes you a *** as well.It was fun but it lasted and that was impressive about it it never gave us trouble.
Cold sore herpes or burning vag herpes?Did I say anything about "flooring your muscle car at the light"?
Sorry drift fag, but most imports including your wicked drifting 96 honda get me about as excited as a fat chick with herpes

Yea I wasn't even going to touch the reliability issue. It is becoming a lot more even with American cars going up and Euro and Jap cars going down.Ask the transmission builder at the Honda place how reliable they are //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
I have a customer who bought his wife a brand new Odyssey last year. At 4000 miles she popped a head gasket while she was 400 miles away from home. At 6000 she blew her radiator. At 10,000 the PS pump took a dump. At 12,000 she had to take it back because the rack and pinion took a dump. It is back ordered 3 weeks.
I have a Jasper Engines rep who comes here to the shop, who has a 2004 Accura TL, and an MDX. Both smoked their transmissions within a few weeks of each other.
My service writer has had to replace passenger seat pressure switches (SIR) twice, and had to put an airbag module in his 2000 Honda Accord (it currently has >45,000 miles on it).
A guy who's car I work on at home a lot, his girlfriend has a 2007 Accord, she has put 2 PS pumps on it, and the motor has a knock at start up. The dealer told her :"That is common for these cars".//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif
Shall I go on?
Hondas used to be some of the very best cars made. Now, no way. I wouldn't buy one anymore. You are comparing Ford, arguably the worst built American car, with Honda, which was still one of the best in 1996. Today Ford trumps Honda... and trust me, I am NOT a Ford guy.
And seriously, you drifted a car with almost 400K and it had the factory clutch? No way you drift and still have the factory clutch at 400K dude... I gotta call bull$hit on that.
Imagine that. I'd say I called that one. Well I'll tell you what, you drive your rice burning crap with your warranty, and I'll be the supportive American that drives real cars. I will never own a new car because they are nothing like the old ones. If you happy with this plastic crap with 4 cylinders than good for you, I could care less. I could care less about being stock, and new with a warranty because if you have a car and its not how you want it, then I feel it was a waste of money. Why are you still helping my side? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif I KNOW IT TAKES MORE THAN RAW POWER!!! That is exactly what I'm saying. Most American cars try to make up for the lack of those things with power. I'm not saying its bad, its just a different way of going about things. I don't prefer a turbo 4 cyl but if companies can give me a car that can do everything an American car offers, if not more, in the same price range or cheaper, with better gas milage, and depending on the car, better styling I'd go foreign any day.
You may not want to but I want to stay stock. ME. So do millions of other people. There's nothing wrong with me wanting a fast car that still comes with a warranty is it? I know you could fix up an older corvette or any other car to beat mine but then it wouldn't be stock, new, or have a warranty.
I don't just love Japanese cars, I love ALL cars, but if I have to spend my hard earned money on it I would want to get the most for it.
LOL yes, I drive a TOYOTA Camry and a Mistubishi Lancer. I NEVER ***** about the economy...I have a job //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
