There's no way that a civic coupe runs mid 12's with 230 whp. An RX-7 runs low 13's stock and that car weighs 2700lbs. Why do people lie about these kinds of things?

You obviously don't know squat. An RX-7 doesn't have 230whp. Secondly, CRXs can run 13s w/ stock B-series engines...that's not even 150whp. You my friend, are a retard. W/ the right gearing and tires, a civic coupe can easily run 12s w/ that kind of power... 230whp is basically on par w/ an STi or EVO... w/ much less weight...

I spent $1100 on my turbo kit dumbass lol, not much at all when you compare it to what people spend on bolt ons. Oh and I'm not trying to act big and bad and I never said my car was fast. It being a fully loaded coupe with a stock d-series motor and what I spent? Yeah it's pretty dam quick, but to me a fast honda would at least be running 11's. I'm just pointing out your a dumbass and most of the people on here don't have a clue about hondas.

Oh this thread.... yippee. Well, if BBKA comes back I'd like to see a dyno sheet of his. It is a slight stretch for the 230whp, and for it to net a 12.6 in a coupe, but not impossible. A dyno sheet and a time slip would prove those just fine. I'd like to know what turbo you went with, along with what supporting fuel/ignition mods and tuning software. Then I'd like to know what kind of fuel was used and what AFR was dialed in, followed by choice of tire and suspension mods.
My setup is very basic, anybody could do it for cheap. I have a T3 .60/.48, DSM 450cc injectors, Uberdata chipped ECU, stock ignition, 92 octane, A/F is pretty rich i think it's around low to mid 11's? I was running 23 inch MH slicks and I have H&R sport springs along with Tokico Illumina struts set to hard. Oh and some things you didn't ask that are important, full 3 inch exhaust, ACT xtss clutch, and a Quaife LSD. There are hondas with less power than me running faster times, so my car isn't that big of a deal.

I have no reason to lie about anything lol. Everything I have done to my car has been posted online... homemadeturbo.com, turbod16.com, honda-tech.com,etc... it's not a secret. I'm not going to get into it with you since you obviously don't have a clue about hondas or what they are capable of. Come when when you know what your talking about retard.

why you guys hating so much...this guys saturn may be shitty but it would still smoke a whole lot of unsuspecting people ...atleast hes got the balls to do it...ive got a mustang and wont even put nitrous on that shit.

 
I can't believe I wasted my time on even the first few pages of this thread.

First, I think putting nitrous on a Saturn is kina cool. Nobody would expect it, and a 50 shot isn't going to hurt it that bad. **** it, it's an old car, and the guy had the money, what's the big deal... Jealous or something?

Second, people who know alot about cars then fight about it are pretty pathetic IMO. A day spent arguing is a day wasted, a day spent wrenching or researching is a day gained. So those who wanna sit around and wave their clits at each other and sensationalize about how fast their cars are... Sad.

Third... I have found, (after $1000's of wasted dollars) unless you make enough money to afford it, having a fast car is not worth it. It is much better to have a reliable, pleasureable to drive car that gets you where you are going. I'd personally like to say it's better to save the money for an education, a house, or a solid investment that is going to advnace you in life, rather than pull you backwards. Fast cars are toys... I believe saywhat pointed this out pretty well in the beginning of the thread.

But, case in point, Saturn guy can use the nitro whenever he wants, chosing how often he wants to put extra wear onm the engine .. He spent the money, (which he could have done thousands of other things with...) and he is happy. I think it's actually sweet, he pissed some of y'all off so bad you wasted hours arguing with him.

saturns are shitty cars...everyone knows it...get over it..its still slow..just like throwing a turbo on a stock civic and trying to run like 20 lbs..it will probably blow up sooner or later...
