Well I'm almost done w/ my next build but I still need to get a few things. Other than a big mono amp the only other issue I have holding me up is fiberglassing my 3" midrange and 4" large format tweeters into the a-pillars. I have somewhat of a good idea on how to fiberglass them in but I was hoping for some pics, build logs, or tips to get some more ideas on what to do. Any help is appreciated, thanks.

Those are big drivers for the A-pillar. Good luck with the project.
Yeah they are. Might look a little cluttery but I think I can make it look decent. Maybe a single 3" or 4" full range driver might be a better alternative on the dash/a-pillars? I'm also not sure if I should go with the tweet or midrange on top or bottom, the tweeter is bigger so it'd look a little funny being on top but shouldn't the tweeter be on top SQ wise?

dang.. large format tweets are large enough for the pillars.. but 3" mids too. It might be a bit bulky. Which 3"s? those Fostex's that were on sale would be sweet.

Right now I have all Daytons. RS225 8's, rs100 4's (look like 3's though), and rs25a tweets. I have kick panels that'll hold 6 1/2's or I can baffle them for something smaller but I really wanna try out mids on the dash/a-pillars. I'd want the mids and tweets close just because I'm going to split the T/A between them or maybe I can just do full range 3's on the pillars T/A'd and some smaller tweets in the holes I already made in the a-pillars non T/A'd?

if you're gonna have 3"s.. why not small tweets? IMO, large format tweets used in a car should be x'd over low, but you won't need to with 3"s.

I actually didn't know how HUGE the Dayton tweeters were going to be. I might throw in some smaller tweeters but big tweets on the pillars are sexy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif

I seen someone use that green flower foam to create a mold and just glass over it, that imo seems like the best and easiest way to do it..
