(A newbie) Need help fast!!!

hi I'm new to this furom my name is james and wondering if someone can help me with a few questions i placed an order with carmedia1.com but it was about a month ago and still they haven't shipped me my kenwood kdc-959 head unit yet. and when i call them a few weeks ago they told me that kenwood is having a shortage and won't get it for about two weeks. I'm wondering if they are bsing me because i check other online sites and they seem to get restocked on that particuliar unit in about 3 day when they run out. You should have already had your h/u, you need to call these people, and tell them that if that h/u isn't on your doorstep in a week, you are cancelling your order and going somewhere else. They probably have already pocketed your money, you are the customer, and you have every right to get the product you ordered, or a product similiar to it of your liking. If they don't like it, then oh well, businesses are there to please the customer, and you aren't pleased are you?
