8/10/12" SQ sub on 250-300rms?

It's a crew cab/quad cab, there's even less room under the rear seat then behind it. I know all 3 types of this truck like the back of my hand. Std cab, ext cab and crew cab.

I dont lol thats why i said not sure on his requirements. I thin the ID 8s would sound niceand dont nned much power at all.

i just bought 4 legacy 8s theyre cheap but bump hard

theyre 300rms 800watt max each

plus theyre a bad a$$ orange color

might buy 4 more

It will definately be a 99-06 body style, not a newer one
I was looking at the Mag/BMs but to run 2 BMs they wouldnt even be moving. I definately want to run 2 subs, so its symmetrical.

Why do you think they wouldn't be moving? The Mag's are very efficient off of anything greater than 250 watts. They just have a maximum RMS power handling of quite a bit higher. We don't have the BM's in stock yet, but the Mag's are only 5.5" deep total and will only stick inside of an enclosure 4.75" when mounted on a piece of 3/4" material.

Na, Im looking for a company that is still in business in case I need anything from them.
So any input as to if the single ported 12 might be my best bet? Or is 4 8s or 2 10s sealed would still be the way to go?

Single 12 would sound good but not sure if 300rms would be enough.

I ran a single 12 ported (ED E12A22) and it was pretty loud.

I was running about 1000 rms for it though.

Also depends on how loud you want it too. A ported 12 would blend pretty well with your front stage depending on how its adjusted.

I think the BMs would be better for me. If they are in stock when the time comes Ill look at them.

That looks pretty sick. If I got a quad cab, I could always put in captains chairs in the back and do a glassed box with 4 12s on my Clarion DPX11500... Hmmm. That would be down the road though.

Im thinking I wanna go with 4 8s right now though. Of all sizes of subs, Ive never ran 8s or 12s in any of my cars. I wanna try some little 8s then maybe try some 12s.

The box is almost out of my van now, so hopefully I can put it up for sale soon and get things moving.

Yeah, Ive been looking at those. I was thinking about just trying some of those for the hell of it. 4 of them would only be $200 anyway.
