My friend that owns a stereo shop called me in to this install. The owner already had a Retrosound blue tooth head unit installed. He provided some prefabbed kick panels and requested to be able to see all the equipment (so no custom grills covering the speakers/sub) but I was able to do what I wanted in the trunk, rear seat never folds down "Do what you want to need too" I removed upper folding portion of the seat, duplicated the hole that the seat latch sliding pin locks the seat, into the seat back frame.

Holes put into vehicle-
Firewall for 1/0g power cable
4-1/4-20 rivnuts for amp housing
2-1/4-20 rivnuts to secure sub box

Equipment installed-
Dynaudio 242GT components-front
Dynaudio 242 components-rear
JL Audio 10TW3-8 subwoofer
Audison AV5.1k 5 channel amp

Very clean install mate! wish I had skills like that and equipment to do such a nice job. I have the creativity, but not specialist tools to do an install like that!

I’m confused on the grills as well but maybe the owner meant no custom grills that would hide all the equipment? Nice work on the rear deck/trunk build. In classics I like a nice hidden look but to each their own.

Same for me-Classics=hide everything
