Hey guys,
I’m trying to decide between a Marts BTX8 (brand new) and an Audison Bit One, but the Audison is pretty old and also used.
On one hand the Marts seems nice on paper with all the modern features and Bluetooth tuning, but I keep hearing mixed things about the actual sound quality. On the other hand, the Audison is a well-known brand and I’m guessing it still sounds better, but I’m a bit worried about buying something that old second-hand.
My current setup is a Topway TS18 Android head unit, Morel MPD 4.100 amp, and Morel Maximo Ultra speakers.
I’m also planning to add a monoblock and a subwoofer later on, so I’m trying to choose something that won’t hold me back as I upgrade.
I care mainly about clean sound and overall quality, not just features, but I also don’t want something that’s a pain to use or outdated.
Would you go for the newer budget DSP or the older higher-end one?
And is there anything specific I should watch out for with a used Bit One?
Appreciate any advice
