I didnt say it was the amp?? Its not a bad battery it rests at 12.5 and goes to ~13.8 idle. no isolator. I have pics and videos im uploading now.

He's trying to say that when he wires his 2 ohm stable amp down to 1 ohm (.5 per internally strapped amp) then it goes into protect. This is a problem with the amp, not his electrical. Those amps don't like to go below 2 ohms, but with the right voltage will easily do rated at 2 ohms.

Right...and I cannot get a 2 ohm load with a d2 sub.

It works when I have it set up like this...

When I have it like this its loud but goes into protect when I crank it or when hard bass hits.

My voltage stays at about 13v when I have it the way the first picture is, but when I have it the second way pictured my dmm goes all over the place and isnt accurate at all.

Nice wiring job. Wires hanging out of the terminals give it that extra boost. It's a little known secret but it looks like you're all over it.

I just put the speaker wires in quick *** hole. the power only has a few strands hanging out.

Bro, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to see why it doesn't work in the second pic. It clearly says 2ohm min, when bridged. And you just said your sub was a D2. lol, hope you get it figured out.

nope its 1 ohm stable each channel 2 ohm stable bridged and still junk..

Each channel is but, when bridged it's 2ohm stable. If you had two of those subs, you could run them with no problems.

get a new amp man... 2-3k watts at 1 ohm isn't too hard to find used/cheap... that ssx is a BA sub.

Invest in some more 1/0 gauge and more batteries before you blow that amp my man.
