2000 Camry Build

This is the first I've heard of Black Brick. Looks like they make some decent gear.
They just returned from CES if I'm not mistaken and are updating their amplifier line. That 30,000 watt unit they have is truly a beast!

They were blowing out a 4 channel at $69 a couple of weeks ago that compares with amps in the $250 range. I got one just because! I like who they are as well, always love to promote establishments that benefit Vets.

I run additional inline fuses just prior to the 2nd battery, as close to it as I can, and then fuses to the amp, as close to the amps as I can. If your not running your wire through the metal to the rear area then probably no need. I really don't know why I did that either, I used huge, thick nylon grommets to go through the undercarriage already. My cable is run under the car and in the event that something really big and sharp cuts into the cable under the car, the fuses just prior to the battery will prevent an issue should they short out. If you are fusing the rear cable, then just prior (within 18") of the lead into the 2nd battery is recommended. If you are not running 2nd inline fuses/breakers to the rear battery near the battery in addition to the ones under the hood, then the fuses for the amps should be as close to the amps as they can be.

I'm familiar but have not used them. I have used the ones from Apex, great customer service. I think you can get If you fill out the information at Apex High Output alternators, they will email you severa, 3 or 4 options starting with their 250A at $319. They will explaint xplain how and what amperage the produce, they don't sell belts but will advise you which to get to optimize your HO alternator. You'll get a pretty quick response from Nicholas Stark, usually, Here is what he sent me for my Mazda 3 (2.5L-T):

250 amp small case 6 phase hairpin $319

(120-140 amps at idle)

320 amp small case 6 phase hairpin $379

(160-180 amps at idle)

350 amp small case 6 phase hairpin $419

(200 amps at idle)

Powder coating is $35 additional cost in any color.
Shipping is free in the United States.

They are bolt on plug and play, no mortifications needed.

Here is the link.
