1999 Tahoe door panels

I'm trying to replace all 4 door speakers in my Chevy Tahoe.

Last time I tried to remove the door panels, I ended up breaking some clips and not being able to get the panel all the way off.

Could someone please provide me with some detailed instructions on how to do this ? pictures would help even more.

Please don't reply back with "It's easy, just unscrew this and pull" because I've tried that and it ended badly.
