18" Sub > Trunk

Okay, I am thinking of selling my car, but with only 18,000 miles on it I would rather stick with it for the reliability.. I am set on that 18" TC 4HP sub that is in the b/s/t forums, but need some input on how I might get her in the trunk.

It likes smaller enclosures, so I was going to do 7 cubes gross with two 6" Aero's @ 35Hz. My problem is that my trunk can only fit a 17" tall box and 18" > 17"... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

So, how could I go about doing this? Would a wedge box be my only option?

And another question, has anyone ever shipped a 7 cube box? I was thinking of having someone make it for me...

Yeah, figured it would choke it a bit....

But another option is pulling out the back seat and having the box face into the cabin from the trunk, and I could make it around 20" tall if I went that route.

Opinions?

Doubt I will still have it by then, I am contemplating putting it on eBay this weekend...

Wouldnt I have some massive cancelation? It would have to be like 2" away from the top of the trunk in order to get the enclosure volume I need...

Either he built it in the trunk or too the back seat out to get it in....

that has to be an in-trunk build, or he atleast folded the metal over on the rear deck so the box would slide in.
