12" sub?

I just purchased a set of CDT Audio EF-61 6.5" comp 's to go with my Kenwood KDC-X589 head unit. I was wanting some input on a 12" sub and a 4 channel amp to push the comp's and bridge the 2 rear channels for the sub. I havent messed around with car audio stuff for over 15 yrs so i'm not sure whats worth buying. I can build my own box and the comps can handle 120 watts RMS. This is a truck I use mainly for work and I just want a nice sound without a lot of $$$. I would like to keep the price under $300, maybe a little more.
