I have my eyes set on the new JL W3V3... I don't know why though, maybe cuz its just new :p

But in any case I have a Nissan 300zx, not a very big car... I'm not looking for eardrum shattering bass, I just want something that can be powerful when I want it but usually conventional.

I'm only going to do one sub because any more is overkill in my situation, so I'm having trouble picking 10" or 12"

get a 12" mach 5. http://www.mach5audio.com - 52 dollars, 40 shipping (in canada). it can be loud when u want it, and very loud when u want it to be. its an amazing woofer. but if your looking into JL, by all means.. if get a 10" w3, my wife has 2 10" w3's in her blazer, very nice woofers.

budget? a nice 10 will be good if you're worried about space. i'd look into the soundsplinter RL-i. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
