1 15 Fi or 2 15 type r's??

Type R's peak at 1000 though?? And that amp is capable of pushing well over 2000 at one ohm.. I'd be scared to cook them. Maybe the t1000 bd on 1 ohm they could still be getting 1200 or more just depends on voltage and such.. Like I said though I don't know much about the Type R's and know a lot of equipment is underrated

most here run 800 + to type Rs, i did 1k each to a pair of 12s and they took it. the 15s if i remember rated at 750 rms they should take 1k, just dont clip and set your gain correctly.

I'll just take the 2009 T1000-1bd. Birth sheets have shown it pushing out over 1300 at 1 ohm. Two Type R's with 4 ohm DVC's can be wired there. This way I save money on wiring and other electrical crap. 1500 just seems a bit too much. How big does the box need to be? We put one built to over 12 cubes in my brothers 93 Dodge Dakota so I think a Jeep Liberty should be alright for a box prob less then like 10 cubes?

My (4)type R's 12's are seeing 1200w+ each and have been fine so far...I am very familiar with the T1000's also, having owned 2. Each of mine did around 1600w @1ohm. Honestly you're worrying way too much about how much power goes to them...they'll do great on 500-1000+each so just get the amp you want and can afford. The T1000 is a great daily amp, very solid. A 2kw amp would be fine also, or anywhere in between.
