03 Taurus Build

There's been times where I needed the space in the Jeep. I'm probably going to devise something where I can pull the sub out, should I need the space. I don't think it'd be too hard to do. I just have to build an amp rack, put something inline with the remote turn on going to my mono amp to turn it off when the sub isn't connected, and then it'll be easy to disconnect the speaker wire from my box and pull the box out when I need the extra room. You could probably do something like that with the Bronco if you really want a sub or two in there.
I built an MDF/glass enclosure that sits behind the passenger rear wheel, but does not intrude into the storage space between the wheel wells, so I'm good on that. I'm just saying my build won't be anything like scbroncoguy's 4-sub setup. Though it'd be cool, I'd be killed for doing it. LOL

My single 15 + my spare tire = all the space in the cargo area of the Jeep. It's not nearly as big inside as a lot of people would expect it to be. I didn't buy it for size anyway, I bought it with hopes of lifting it and making it a pretty capable daily driver. I do agree with you, a 4 sub setup in a daily would be pretty cool.

Thanks for all the comments....I have an updated picture of the Taurus without the cap.
