Should We Defund The Police

The state of Georgia is fucking retarded bro
And I don't know this?? However, the law is the law. You can't convict in opposition of the law just because a mob wants you to act now. If the law isn't right then it needs to change and for that you need voting. We can't just abandon our way of life because some bad apples fell off the tree... all we will have is a field full of rotten apples if we do.

Atlanta should
I suppose since we both reside in Ga that a peach would be the more prudent fruit. My apologies.
I don't likes peaches. So back to the apples.

Charging =/= convicting, but it's more than what they usually get. When the case is laid out and the officers win I might agree with it, but it depends on the trial. You're acting like the DA has gone rogue forgetting there's a whole justice system that likes cops as part of the next step. If they have a witch trial then I won't agree. Of course the odds of that are zero, so there's a lot of twisted panties for nothing in that perspective and in the meantime there's a lot that doesn't add up here for total exoneration before a trial.

For example, tasers are lethal force? Well they tried their best to use the taser on him before he grabbed it. Were they trying to kill him for resisting arrest? In criminal law a lot of decisions hinge on who escalates and it looks like they both did, but in both cases depending on how you view a taser the cops escalated to lethal force first.

The DA has some issues going on that he would like people to not focus on so he is trying to fast track these charges so nobody talks about his screw ups.

Yes, tasers are considered that in Ga. They were trying to subdue him which is what their training was for with the taser. So no, they weren't trying to kill him. Let me guess, you want the world to believe the cops escalated the situation right? This isn't about ones opinion on who escalated what it is about facts on who escalated this. Rayshard escalated it at the moment he was being handcuffed. What do you think the cops job is??? This man was drunk, in his running car, blocking traffic, passed out. The cops were called. The investigated. It was obvious he broke the law by blowing a 1.8 and operating his vehicle. He was then being placed under arrest so that he could be processed and he could be given the opportunity to plead his case before a judge. He knew he broke the law so he made another bad decision to then resist arrest (The escalation) fight with both police officers, take a weapon from the officers, run from the officers then make another dumb decision to turn and fire the taser at the officer.

Did you know he was on probation and faced jail time? That's right, if you violate probation then you will forfeit probation and you go to jail for the original charges. Do you know what those charges were that this poor fella committed? Well let me educate you:

"The charges to which Brooks pleaded guilty and for which he was still on probation dated back to August 2014
He was convicted on four counts – False Imprisonment, Simple Battery/Family, Battery Simple and Felony Cruelty/Cruelty to Children"

He knew he phucked up, was going back to jail, probably for a while, so he made the choice to add many more charges. It did not end well. Criminals aren't known to be the smartest people out there.

BLM says if the U.S. doesn't GIVE THEM what THEY want they will BURN the system down.

This sure as hell sounds like a terroristic threat to me. I don't care what color you are, you make the choice to fuc k with Americans way of life, Americans freedoms and American rights, you are going to see a real uprising.

When did the Untied States of America become the United States of BLM? Last time I looked this was a melting pot of many, many races not just Black.

Let me put things in perspective for those BLM people that want a war...

328,240,000 people in the U.S. est.

Black or African American est. - 13% of the population
White est. - 60%
Hispanic est. - 18%
All others est. - 8%

Near 40% of all Americans own 1 or more guns legally.
>14million of these Americans are registered hunters!! That means skilled with rifles, bows and other weapons. There are many more that aren't registered.

BLM, watch yourself. You are pissing off the other Americans that share this country with you.
