If anything we need to triple the police budget increase their training their #'s and their pay to get a professional recruitment system. What I'm seeing in Seattle right now needs a few ANTIFA numbskulls getting their necks stepped on.

Their numbers? There's already more cops lollygagging around than employees at a Best Buy. They have larger budgets than any other department in every single city and regularly get armored vehicles worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, military gear, and more pay than 12 of the 17 more dangerous professions than police officers.

As for Seattle, I don't think you know the first thing about Antifa, starting with what it is and that they've played zero role in Seattle's autonomous zone so far. There has been no violence in that area since the area went up. What's really funny is that when Fox news doctored the images to show armed guards in front of the entrance they probably accidentally made their viewers more supportive of the cause. They should have edited it to make the guard black, that's the one surefire way to get the NRA conservatives to stop defending their 2nd amendment rights. Not according to the second coroner. The first one was trying everything to avoid stating the obvious but couldn't completely avoid it. A heart attack was not found to even be a cause, and lung capacity was normal despite mentioning he had covid-19 as if that was another cause. The initial coroner's report essentially says "he had heart disease so he had a heart attack, oh yeah and asphyxiation." The second one shows only the stragulation as a cause.

Regardless, there's something called the Eggshell skull rule which nullifies all of these findings as moot if there were contributing factors (which both coroners said as much). https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Eggshell_skull When you're in police custody they've removed your ability to take care of yourself and so you are in their care and they are responsible for you. This exists the moment they have "control" of the situation or at a minimum when handcuffs are placed.

The shooting of the idiot criminal in Atlanta was 100% justified. You DO NOT make the choice to physically fight the police once you have broken the law, you DO NOT resist arrest once you have broken the law, you DO NOT steal a police officers weapon and then point it at them after you have assaulted them. He did ALL OF THESE THINGS. He took the room temperature challenge because he was a dumb ***.

The whole second paragraph is legal unbiased fact. Both coroners gave enough evidence against the officers to tie the death to them, one directly and one via the well established eggshell skull principle that every DA, criminal defense attorney, and judge are well aware of.

So while there's something to argue about between the disparate autopsy findings between the two (the second being significantly more qualified), it doesn't really matter because they both concluded the officers contributed, making it homicide while in their care. Take that with the evidence of the EMT being on video informing the cops their actions will kill him makes it willful negligence, so now they're at 2nd degree murder.

I am a black male, I wear a badge and a gun for a living. Our training teaches us that once the subject is taken into custody, to either stand them up or sit them up. It is called positional asphyxiation, every time you exhale, the lungs get a little bit smaller, and it was made worse due the fact that there were a total of 4 officers on him. This is a police brutality thing. The problem is, that it seems to happen to people of color the most. This particular officer has had 18 complaints filed against him. Where is the accountability, why is he still a police officer?

He is not still a police officer he is in jail charged with 2nd degree murder
