Was wondering if its possible to build a ported box for dual sa10s underneath crew cab back seat for 2014 silverado if i install a 2" seat lift ?

Maybe up fire, I did a 2 " lift to fit 2 F8L's forward fire. But I only have 10" height on the face of the box.

Here's pictures of the 2" lift I built, and of the 2 8 box. Port out the driver side with a storage area.

Honestly SA 10s want more space. I had two SA 10s in 3cubes and it was ok(made some bass) now I have two SA 10s in a huge box like 5cubes each and they straight hammer everything. Plays down to about 24hz. 

U wanna stick to 6.5” and 8” woofers for under seat stuff forsure. Some massive audio 6.5” hammer for the price. Or sundown E 8” is a nice woofer for the money. Sundown SA 8” if u don’t mind spending the money

I believe there is some difference between years, the 14+ have less height and less trans hump. However just measure and see, it might work but you'll be lifting more than 2 inches. Be careful how much over 2" you go or the hooks wont grab the back wall.

I plab on using 4" tube steel for the lift, and im going to make some extension plates for the back rest so they will latch

Seat lift kit is pricey though.

I have 2 13tw5s under my seat and they do ok sealed but even so I'm wanting more myself

Yea LMI is way too high i will just get our sheet metal shop to laser me out the brackets

The 3.1 cubes shouldn't be too hard gross, but 3.1 cubes net with proper port area is going to be a challenge. I think without my storage area I'm close to 2 cubes net with 22 sq in of port area. 

You will have 2 more inches of height, and I didnt build my box the full space under the seat, theres still about 3 inches of width left.

Hope you dont mind me bumpin this.. but I want to know if there is enough room for a single SA-10 in a ported box under a 2010 crew cab? I currently have 2 DC audio 8's in a ported box. They nice but I'm looking to get a bit deeper with a SQ finish. Am I off my rocker thinking a single 10 will be lower and cleaner than 2 8's? Anyone wanna build me a box? I got money lol
