I own 2 12" Xplod ES L1225G 1200watt subs and a Xplod ES XM-6001GDX amp and I have been hearing alot of bad stuff about the Xplod series but not the Mobile ES. What are you guys opinions on the Mobile ES series for those of you who have accually owned or heard them and not just following the diss sony trend!

Alpine MRX-M100 opinions?
Giving subs more power really wakes them up. The MRP-500 is pretty low power. You would really notice more authority in your bass.

Alpine S2 component opinions
I’m sure they will be a good budget setup. I think they will lack some midbass but door treatment is super important so definitely be sure to do...
