wire amp to 91' Buick

What three wires ? Power, ground , and remote ?

Power goes to a twelve power source. preferably the battery.

Ground to a paint, and rust free metal spot.

Remote if nothing else to a acc. lead in the fuse panel that only gets power when the ignition is turned on. Or you could simply wire a switch in place. And run a 12v source to the switch, and then to the amp. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I have a +12v screw, a ground screw but where does the REM wire go? my freind said it went to a blue wire from the stereo system but I hav e the factory tape player in mine and he said it probably didn't have the blue wire.

What did you hook the remote wire to ?

And the power wire ?

and the ground ?

Let me know and hopefully we can see where the problem is //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

It works now. My ground wasn't good enough. I have my power wired to the + batt. terminal, the REM to a fuse in my fuse box and the ground to part of the chassis outside the driver door.
