Will type R 12" fit?

The custom box is 8.25 inches deep, 11 1/8 inches around cutout and 1.2 cubic feet.

I am going to order online and dont want to buy a sub that will be too big. Thanks!

Goto a local audio store and see if they carry them. Then check it out in person.

it may..but u can find out just by going and looking up the mounting depth and diameter online. And x2 on it being too small..

We're burping ours right now in 2 cubic ft or less in a SPL install. I wouldn't go that small for daily.
