I've got a 3rd sub that I am going to install in my SUV. I'll be building a single box to house all 3 in their own separate enclosures.
This is my situation. I play a lot of softball and myself and teammates like to hang out in the parking lot between and after games. Currently when I open the hatch you see my 2 subs. Problem is you can't hear the mids and highs from the back of the SUV. Because of this I was thinking of designing a box to house all 3 subs in their own enclosure and then hang a pair of 4x6 or 5x7 speakers on each end.
To explain further, I will have one large box with 3 subs in the middle and 2 coaxials on each end facing the hatch. Again, all speakers (subs & coaxials) will be in their own sealed enclosure.
Comments/suggestions welcomed.
