will this amp power these 2 woofers?

It doesn't matter that the amp has only one channel... you can connect 100 subs to a monoblock amplifier so long as the amplifier can handle the impedance load the subs place on it.

For those subs, the nominal impedance is 2Ω and the Alpine amp is 1Ω stable so you can run two of them in parallel for a 1Ω load with no problems.

I also thought it was a 2 ohm amp. When you state I will get the same output I am currently tuned with a DMM at 600 watts rms x 2 ohms, will that change when I add the second woofer or will my gain remain the same? Is this why I will get the same output? Also , at 2 ohms I can get 1000 watts and I am tuned to 600 watts... doesn't that give me more output?

If you wire at 4ohm which you will have to with that amp each sub will see 300 watts at the very most.
Wouldn't it benefit to wire to 2 ohms though so I can 500 watts to each? Also, since the subs are 600 rms will 500W hurt them?

You cannot wire two 10W6V3s to a 2 ohm load.

The amp produces:

600w RMS at 4 ohms

1000w RMS at 2 ohms

500w RMS at 1 ohm (the power is limited once it detects a 1 ohm load)

Wired to either 4 or 1 ohm, each sub will see about 250-300w RMS, while the single one can see 600-1000 no problem.

Two subs running on 600w total will have at least a 3db gain over one sub running on 600w.

But ideally you will want an amplifier that produces 1000-1500w RMS at 4 or 1 ohm to truly benifit from two 10W6V3s.

Sounds good.... well then I will have to shop around for a new amp. then I will alter get the woofer.

What ohms is your sub now?
2 ohms now

You can give that sub more power. You have to remember you are only getting 600 watts now every blue moon and only for seconds at a time. You are only seeing 200-400 watts if that on average.

Or are you saying I can turn up the gain?
