how fast u tryin to run it in?
I'd like to work up to 3 miles all run. I am not going to focus on times and speed right now, since this is just to get in shape, but it would be nice to get a 3mile around 21-22 minutes in the future. I used to run mid 17s way back when I didn't know what beer was.

Good news is that your legs should give out before your heart does. So you will walk to the finish, defeated and humiliated. You are better off sitting on your fat *** typing random nothings to people on the interwebz.

LOLZ. Of course you are going to make it :p It is just 2 miles man. Start off slowly and work up to a decent speed. How do you calculate distance and pace? bike isn't hard at all. my boy and i used to always ride 8 miles each way to a chinese restaurant. haha it was some good *** chinese food and we were too young to drive, it was good exercise. wasn't too hard though

I doubt I will get competitive with it like I did in my youth. I am just doing it to do something more active than spewing shit on the forum in an effort to get fit.

I hate bikes. They hurt my *** worse than you do on a sunday night.
